Realization 2 – Management of a penthouse
Remote management of an apartment :
Remote opening - Control of electric heating - Management of electric water heater - Control of lights - Management of remote readings of electricity and water consumption - Management of automatic watering - Access monitoring - Fire detection with alert message sending
Features deployed in this apartment in Spain (Catalonia) with control interface on mobile phone IOS or Android:
– Remote opening of the building door via internet control of the Fermax intercom system.
– Remote opening of the apartment door via internet control of a motorized lock and equipped with physical and digital keys.
– Control of the electric heating of 4 radiators of 2Kw each with virtual thermostat and temperature sensors in the different rooms.
The radiators are activated in turn in the rooms according to the targeted temperatures.
Only 2 radiators are activated simultaneously to allow the subscription of a subscription with a lower power thus cheaper.
– Management of the electric water heater thanks to the wireless control of electric socket accepting up to 2,5 Kw to ensure the use of the tariff of the off-peak hours.
– Control of interior lights for automatic lighting when entering the apartment at night time and light management with dimmer.
– Control of external lights to allow management of remote ignition with automatic shutdown.
– Management of electricity consumption records on a three-phase meter with management of the automatic sending of the sending by email to the owner of the counter indexes at the beginning and end of the stay.
The consumption of the different devices (water heaters, radiators, lights, …) piloted are also available for remote consultation.
– Management of water consumption records on a private meter with management of the automatic sending of the sending by email to the owner of the counter indexes at the beginning and end of the stay.
– Management of the automatic watering of 10 jardinieres by a water line equipped with micro-drippers at the foot of each plant with automatic control by the meteo data of the following day (Hours of sunrise and sunset, temperatures according to the hours, direction and wind speed and rainfall)
This water line consumes only 30 to 50 liters per day depending on weather conditions.
– Access monitoring on the private terrace with motion detection and recording and storing access.
– Detection of fire by smoke detectors and abnormal temperatures in the apartment, the alerts being immediately routed by email and SMS to people in charge of the local management of the property.
