Objectives :

Heating costs are becoming increasingly important with rising prices for electricity, gas and heating oil.

The most efficient way to save money on heating is to heat only the necessary parts when it is needed.

In addition, the measurement of energy consumption (electricity, gas, or fuel) is essential to readjust the settings before receiving the next bill too high.

Finally, to achieve real savings, occupants should not have to think about lowering the radiators according to the hours and occupation of rooms, it is the software module that support these actions according to the programming defined in the virtual thermostats .

DomoticExperts has developed and developed in this spirit the first “really smart” intelligent heating module that realizes real savings.

Fonctions :

Multizone management

Create as many areas as parts of the house to heat according to a common strategy (Rooms to live, rooms, cellar, …)

In each zone:

  • Set the target temperatures (Comfort, Economy, Night and Away)
  • Assign one of these temperatures to the time ranges defined by you according to the use of these zones
  • Our intelligent modules use these target temperatures and temperature sensors to control radiators according to the time
  • Enable or disable heating in each room with virtual switches
  • Automate these virtual switches according to the occupation of the parts (by sensors of movement) to heat only if the room is really inhabited

Intelligent wireless pilotage

Our intelligent software modules are able to control:

  • electric radiators controlled by wireless relays supporting 2300w and measuring in real time their consumption
  • central heating radiators controlled by radio controlled thermostatic valves
  • room temperature based on intelligent temperature sensors and virtual thermostats in each zone
  • the dynamic activation of the heating according to the occupation, (if wished only)

Consumptions control

Our software modules are open on the succession of electrical consumption, gas meters and oil tank levels
and allow:

  • Real-time consumption measurement
  • Consumption control against budgets every 24 hours
  • Calculation and display of the percentage of the heating budget actually used (updated every 24 hours)
  • Cutting the heating in the room in case of open window, with automatic restart at closing
  • Automatic Heating Change to Away Mode (Lower Temperature Range) when Alarmed
    when leaving the accommodation
  • Return to the mode programmed by the virtual thermostats as soon as you return to the dwelling,
    with return to the programmed level as soon as the alarm is deactivated.

For electrical installations, our exclusive intelligent heating module is the only one able to limit and control the number of radiators that are launched simultaneously by allocating the heating time according to the dynamic demand in the different zones and rooms,
thus saving money by avoiding subscribing to high power subscriptions.
