Realization 4 – Watering from a well

This installation makes it possible to control the drip irrigation of planters and shrubs by pierced pipes whose water is extracted on demand only and in real time by pumping into a well 5m deep or a rainwater recovery tank.

An ultrasonic sensor allows real-time measurement of the remaining water level in the well to prevent the pump from defusing.

The quantity of water to be distributed is calculated in real time, from the weather and astromic data, according to the temperature and the speed of the wind and the watering is done only in the absence of rain.
