Objectives :

Remote management of a home is controlled by a smartphone application that allows you to control the functions necessary for your personal needs or remote rental.

Fonctions :

The controllable functions are:

Home remote control :

• Door opening (if already existing intercom)
• Opening of entrance door, garage
• Heating start
• Starting water heater
• Starting any electrical device connected to a 220V controlled plug
• Enabling and Disabling Intrusion Alarm

For remote rental :

• All previous functions
• Reports of electricity consumption, water, gas, …) with sending indexes by email at the entrances and exits
• Option: Inner cameras totally inactive and inert during rentals (Respect privacy)
  but activated for states of the premises (Entry or exit) and at alarm activation
  This point is to be mentioned in the lease agreement
